| STAT2

Signal transducer and activator of transcription 2 is a protein that is encoded by the STAT2 gene. It is a member of the STAT protein family. This protein is critical to the biological response of type I interferons (IFNs). It functions as a transcription factor downstream of type I interferons. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the STAT protein family. In response to cytokines and growth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by the receptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimers that translocate to the cell nucleus where they act as transcription activators.

| Recovery

The recovery of Human STAT2 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
